About

What is the Faculty/Student Showcase

The Faculty/Student showcase is an opportunity to celebrate the scholarship, civic engagement and co-curricular endeavors of our Wagner College faculty and staff.

We are looking to solicit some of your involvement in the day.  Here are 3 ways you could be involved:

  1. Poster Presentation: A poster presentation that demonstrates your work that you have done.  Wagner will be printing the posters for you. Those accepted to present their work will be sent the dimensions to plan for.  Faculty demonstrating work they have done with students are highly encouraged! Poster Presentations will be up from 11am-2pm in the Union. However, we recognize that most faculty may be teaching at some of that time, but hope some students or peers can also help you represent your work!

  1. TedTalk of Work: Another area we are looking to solicit faculty, are TedTalks (about 7-10 minutes) of work that is currently being done/has been done.  This could be results of a recent research cycle, an explanation of a new program/idea that has been initiated, or ways that you have supported the theme of joy and purpose of the Wagner community.  This is very open ended. The more collaborative, the better!

  1. Recent Publications and Works: Have you recently been published? Have a new piece of art in your gallery? Written a cool new work?  We want to show that off! We are seeking individuals to have their recent work passively displayed during the event.

If you are interested in any of these ideas, please
