Prepared and served food at Inspirica Homeless Shelter in Stamford, CT. for Thanksgiving. This experience was truly rewarding as my whole family was able to brighten the holidays of those who would otherwise have no Thanksgiving dinner to enjoy. It was humbling to see how the meals we served were able to bring joy to families, parents and young children, on an important holiday.

Helped to mark trails throughout a forest reservation where hikers have been known to get lost in the past. We marked three trails with three separate colors and put signs with updated maps around the area to signify which trails the colors belong to. We also made sure to clear any potentially dangerous hanging branches or fallen trees from the path as we marked. It was a great feeling to know that I was helping the community while enjoying the outdoors with friends.
